Clueless! The Civic EX coupe appears to have specific struts

Help someone please :) I'm trying to replace my struts on my 06 Honda Civic EX coupe. I looked on eBay and they have new struts by KYB but they do not fit a EX coupe. I looked at Honda sites and can get the complete assembly for $187 each. Is this the best way to go or does someone have a better idea to restore my suspension to factory new :) thanks for any help!

if you want factory performance then get factory struts there are other companies with stock or better quality like KONI and Tokico.
