Custom Spring Rates
To the suspension gurus we have on here, are there any links you have to help one determinethe proper spring rates to use? A calculator of sorts?
Or perhaps, how would you/did you determine the spring rate you use on your set up?

it depends on what you want to get out of the car (comfort or handling) as well as which shocks you are using. the shocks need to provide proper damping for the springs you choose. here are some links to get you started

I know most of the general principles from the Gran Turismo games. But I will read through both articles when time permits and try to further refine my question.
Just fyi in case you might have a suggestion, the car in question is an old CRX weighing about 1700 pounds, making about 150whp, and will be set up soley for road racing.
