Default do i have the correct pads?

I'm replacing my front brake pads tomorrow. I stopped by the Honda dealer today and picked up a new set. I have an '02 civic EX. I told them what I had and they gave me a box of parts.

I just looked up the part# on the box at hondapartscheap.com and there they say what I got is for an '03-'05 civic. The part# they list for the '02 is one character different. They say:

'02: 45022-S5D-A00
'03: 45022-S5D-H00

I don't know of any big changes between the '02 and '03 so I'm guessing this difference is just a part# and not substantive. Anyone know? Thanks!

i cant say for sure but i dont see why they would be different. u could always call up the dealership and ask them to double check the part numbers.

in case anyone else wonders in the future, they fit just fine. there were extra shims in the box that I didn't need, though. must be a set that works for multiple models.
