Default Dragging brake or bearings?

HI guys . I`m getting a noise from the back of my 05 SE (drums). Sounds to be a dragging shoe type sound mainly
when I`m hard on the wheel either left or right. I pulled off the drum and everything appeared to be in decent shape.
I`m now thinking E-brake adjustment?? Or could this be a bearing issue and not the brakes? ( I pull a light trailer with my MX in the summer and my sled in the winter) WHat do you think? DO I have to pull the wheel again- or can I adjust at the lever.THanks

if your only hearing it when your hard on the wheel(turning left or right) then i would think that something is rubbing when under a side load, and thus i would check wheel bearings, and suspension stuff.. are you sure its the brakes that your hearing, and not the tire rubbing inside the wheel well?
