Default drum brakes are stuck!!!

OK this is not going to give everyone good thoughts on my mechanical ability, but rest assured that I am pretty competant. I have changed many drums before - just never on a Civic (it's a 98). So they are stuck. Stuck more than a hammer, prybar or anything else that I can pull with. No, the E-brake is not on. How do I back off the adjusters? I can't find the spot on the back of the drum where you reach in toi turn them... any thoughts?
Thanks

there are to small holes on the face of the drum find a bolt that threads right in cant remember what size use a socket with a 1/2 rachet and tighten till drum pulls forward and hit with hammer not even that and it will come out
