Default ee9 suspension

hi ive just baught a set of coilovers for my 1990 civic vtec and i was wondering how much i could lower it on 16ins, because ive got the standard 14ins honda alloys atm but i wanna lower it first. so its kinda hard to tell how much to drop it. any ideas people? oh and i was hopin to slam it.

2.5 inches id say, make sure u have aftermarket shocks too, and camber kit will be needed too

2.5 inches im guessin is around 60mm? im from uk so we measure in mm's.. and eerm wot wud da shocks do.. i thought my full coiler kit will dampen da ride and camber.. what will that do? sorry im not too much of an experton suspension.. can never get it right.. thank you for advice.. b
