Will Koni/GC set up taken off an EK work on an EG?

im not 100% sure because i always get it mixed up but i believe u can fit EG stuff on an EK but not stuff from an EK to an EG. someone correct me if im wrong..

Rear shocks won't fit over the control arms.

I used EK LCAs on an EG...so you could also swap those in...

correct, spacers are added to make the shocks fit right over the arms...
