EM2 upgraded suspension

Been looking around for changing my suspension since my stock shocks are done for. I have some Goldline springs which i should be changing as well so that the springs/shocks would match great. I had this setup for a while (mostly during summer and winter) and i was told that it was fine for the civic to change springs without changing shocks but i guess that source was unreliable. Well can't be a tuning brainiac in all aspects ofa car! :P anyway so I stopped on KYB AGX, Tokico D-Spec, Tokico HP, and Dropzone. I ain't very rich so i can't afford Tein and Koni and i really need to change my suspension ASAP because here in Quebec, roads are the worst and i'mscratching my front bumper in some places...:S.

What would be a good bang for the buck in my case? If you guys know any match-up shocks/springs that aren't the same brand and work great it'd be nice mentioning. Thanks for your help!

I have KYB AGX shocks and Ground Control coilovers and love them. I spent something along the lines of $700 on everything, and think it was money well-spent. Anyway, I'd suggest coilovers (or coilover sleeves like I have) because you can adjust the height... that means you won't necessarily rub/scrape.

I have to say i was leaning towards Tokico from the beginning and i was wondering if the difference between HP and D-Spec makes it worth going for D-Spec? I was looking in eBay and the price isn't that much different. D-Spec goes for 500-600$ and HP is around 400-500$. Dropzones are about 400$. Koni suspension kit is like 800$ and with shipping and taxes at the border it would probably be 1000$. If you guys know a good combo Goldline springs/?????, could you tell me? But probably that i'll get rid of them.
