my buddy is selling rims like these. there from a vw. would these work. is the offset gonna be ok? you guys think those would look good on a black 98 civic? thanks!!

Wow.....
IMO those are the ugliest wheels I have seen in a while.
They have the 4 bolt pattern so they will fit
Not sure about the offset though.

They have a +35mm offset.. I'm not quite confident that they won't rub if you lower, especially with how wide they are.

Those wheels are pretty badass, although they would look better on an older car. The offset will be ok, especially if you are on stock suspension.

If you ever lower, you'll have to run some negative camber to prevent rubbing probably. Other then that you should be alright.

They should be OK. I had a set of snows from an 85 GTI that bolted right on to an 89 Civic I had. The bolt pattern is the same for both although I speak on the offset.

dude those rims are sick. I think they would look great on an old civic. Just make sure you don't lower too much or if you do get some camber kitz to make the rubbing go away.
