Tires are shot and belts are showing, thusthe low price. Only markings on the inside are 16x7 and ET40. Nothing written on the outside. Anyone got an idea on what they are?

Peace-out.

So does anyone know if the +40 offset on a 7 wide rim is gonna have rubbing issuesand require hub-centric spacers?
