Gunmetal Rims with Dark Grey car?

I have an '05 Civic EX Special Edition, which looks exactly like the car at: http://buggybank.com/p/p14833_1.jpg

First question - would 16" or 17" rims look better? What width tire would look good and not stick out?

Also, would gunmetal be a good color for the rims or does that not offer enough contrast? I feel like the rims should usually contrast a bit with the car color, but if someone has a dark grey car with gunmetal rims, I'd love to see pictures. I'm also considering black, but it sometimes that makes it look like the car just doesn't have hubcaps.

Hey it's me again, I responded to this in the question you had about the taillights and headlights... I just saw you had it here too... since I am here too, though, I say 17s and it is your choice on the rims... as long as they have the chrome lip on them so it looks like you have rims and not some dirty tires on. You said you were looking for black tails and black headlights so why not get black rims w/chrome lips to keep it symetrical? Check out my latest post I left for ya in Appearance
