Default Help finding lowering springs?

I've been looking and looking, and I can't find any lowering springs for my 90 Civic Wagon. I know they are made, I've seen several that have been lowered. Does anyone know where to find them?

Also, what are some good springs that won't effect ride quality, and make it stick to the road better? Right now when you get to 70+, it feels like your floating in an airplane, and that just feels wierd. I'd like to drop it about 2". So can anyone help me find some? Thanks!
