Default How long did your OEM shocks last?

I believe the OEM shocks are gas shocks and very good quality, but at what mileage would you say they are worn? Obviously, the degradation of shock "feel" happens slowly, so shocks with 100,000 miles on them may feel okay if you never drove the car when they were new.

When did you guys change your shocks?

Are your springs stock as well?

The reason why I ask is that I am considering combining a set of Eibach Pro Dampeners with the Eibach Pro Springs I'll be getting this week. The Dampeners are perfectly matched to compliment those springs and since the springs need to be removed from the car anyway, the labor to add the new struts should be minimal.
