how much should I lower

TEIN S TECH Springs, TENZO and H&R. Whichsprings is better?and is it ok to install the springs with stock wheels and shocks/struts? Thx

yea it depends on the spring and drop, from what i hear many people run H and r oe springs which drop .75 inches and work good with oem shocks, and many ppl run s-techs which i hear is also good with oem shocks/struts, i personally am going to go with one of these, but any spring providing a great drop will need replaced shocks to performance.

i would go 2.0. that what's i have. i'm running neuspeed springs w/ kyb gr2 shocks and struts. i sit pretty low but never scrape or bottom out when driving around

my fd told me that if i install the lowering springs with oem shocks/struts. it's gonna mess up the oem shocks/struts really easy or fast. is he right?
