I've been trying to get ahold of a press to press out the bushings on my 91 dx hatch. i'm replacing basically all of them and have no other idea on how to get them out of there, does anyone have any other ideas if the press is out of the question? i heard maybe a propane torch. please help, thanks!

A torch. lots of cursing and swearing if you do it
yourself without the right tools.

You need to burn the rubber out with a torch, and then cut the metal sleeve out. You do not need a press.

what i did, for the lower control arm, was heat it up a lot with a torch, and then stick the end tight in a vise, and work the arm back and forth, until it broke free, then tapped it out with a hammer.

now, how would i go about pressing the new ones in there?
