hey guys i decided that im getting arospeeds rsgt rims but im not sure if i should get 18" or 17" i want to lower my car with some s techs i got a good deal on some 18" all four with tires for 950. so let me know if i should get 18" or 17"

is it your dialy driver? The ride quality of 18"s on a Civic is horrid. I have 17"s on my daily driver and i'm definiely complaining [:@]

also unless you drop it, the 18"s will look RIDICULOUS. off roading anyone? Get the 17"s and make sure to get a drop

 

How much do they weigh? Remember that adding unsprung weight can only be a bad thing - slower acceleration, harsher ride, etc. I would stay away from anything over 16 lbs.

 

go with 17" period

 

let's just say i've got 17's now, and they suck comfort-wise and performance-wise, so now i'm going with 15's, and if you go with stechs and 18's, your car would suck to drive, but it's yours and you'll have to learn the hard way.

 

get 17's over 18's but honestly I wouldn't go with anything other than 15's or 16's
