Hey guys, just last sat i saw an ad in craigslist for a set of 5 spoke rims. It turned out to be that these were exel RH5 rims (gunmetal) http://www.exelwheels.com/rh5.htm. Bought them andmounted them on my 7th gen silver LX4dr and they look sweeeet (pics to follow after i buy a digicam). The only drawback is lil bit loss on power and acceleration (i have a manual) and more harsh ride. But even then I'm so happy with the rims. One issue though. 1 of the rims has very very minor, close to unnoticable lip bent. When I installed the rims and jacked up the car, I spun the tires and it look ok except for a small flatspot on the rubber on the bent lip portion. Now my question is, is that normal? Because when you have a minor lip bent, the rubber should still be perfectly round right? Also can anyone suggest a shop that checks and fixes bent lips here in north NJ? thanks guys and happy holidays.
