no, depends on the brand you buy and where you get them from. The ones at autozone/local store prob has 5-10 different lock key combos, while brand name like mcgaurd and gorilla has over 100+, or my personal favorite as of right now is Bull Locks, all my friends 25+ has them and we've tried the keys on almost everyone's locks and they did not fit any other bulllock but our own, so they might be worth looking at

yeah im getting the black bull lock lugs here pretty soon, should look shweet with my black 15" six spoke rims....
