If you want a 2" drop on a budget and aren't worried about adjusting ride height, I'd recommend Tein S-tech springs and Tokico HP struts. The S-techs will give you about a 1.9" drop in front and about a 1.7" drop in back, and the HPs compliment the S-techs quite well. Another nice thing about the S-techs is that the spring rate is closer to the stock springs than most other lowering springs, which will help preserve a little extra ride quality.

I just got some Tein S-tech springs and Tokico HP struts. Although I've heard better things about the Koni orange's from people who owned both. I also heard Tein overrates the drop with the springs, more like a 1.5" drop and depends on the model/weight of the car. Also watch out for fake springs, go to their website. Some pics on the web of cars with those springs/shocks.
