Default Lowering Kit and Wheel Package?

I am planning on lowering my 00 EX Coupe and was wondering what some of you guys have done in terms of how much have your rides dropped and what wheel and tire size were you able to fit on there afterwards. Suggestions for finding the lowering kit cheap are also welcome. Thanks

i sugest not cheaping out on springs....... all depends HOW LOW you want to go......

but for 92-00civics ive heard to look more for 17 and under.... you can fit 18s BUT then you have to use some TINY tires! not good for ride quality at all and EXTREMLY PRONE to damaging the rims on a small pothole.

just keep your new larger tires/rims close to the same size as your stock wheels height, outter diameter that way your speedometer will still be correct.... alittle smaller or larger isnt a big deal but larger you go the more posiblity of rubbing.

I was thinking of Eibach Pro Kit,

Front 1.5"
Rear 1.3"

You think 17 would still fit after lowering it cause I was thinking I am gonna have to do 15 or 16 at most. The thinnest tire I would probably go is 35 series.

with rim size its not a big deal.... but the width and offset play as the most important factor. im runnen 17s on my 99ex only problem ive ran into is i had to roll my rear fender lips to let them clear the tires.
with the smaller wheels it might not be needed.

i would like to have some 99-00 OEM SI wheels. nice 15inch rims that arent to wide so should clear very easily. but i cannt find any close enough for a decent price. they are very desirable wheels!

Offset has a lot to do with 17's fitting or not.
