lowering and springs.. wondering what ppl got.
im leaning towards going with lowering springs for now and later save some money and buy full coilovers.. i wanna lower my car.. but not sure if to go with 2.5 f 2.25 r.. or 1.8f .1.8r .. what do u guys think is a good look with some 15 inch rims.. if u got either drop could u post a pic and show the world what your working with? thanks guys..

I don't have pictures for a '99, but a 2.5" drop up front will be tucking tire and a 2.25" drop in back will be pretty close to tucking. A 1.8" drop all around will eliminate most of the wheel gap, but you won't quite be tucking.
For reference, here's between a 2.5" and 3" drop up front and between a 3" and 3.5" drop in back (unfortunately with coilovers there's no good way to measure exactly what the drop is):
Personally, I'd go with the 2.5/2.25, but I'm a huge fan of slammed cars.

I'm trying to find another EG coupe. All the ones around here are either priced to sell (if it was a friggin' BMW) or automatic. And I normally only ***** out the first picture... but I was talking about tuckage so I felt obligated to post pics of tucked 17's... I could've posted the pic I took for S&G's of me almost tucking wheel
*ninja edit: Now I wanna post it

Careful with the blues... they aren't meant to go lower than like a 1.5" drop. They are meant for stiffer oem replacements or a small drop... a lot of people go low on them but they aren't meant for that kind of punishment.
