Need some serious rotor help.

Ok, i am doing a swap on my Ej hatch.
I plan on using 05 Acura RL caliper.
Making a custom bracket to hold the caliper because it bolts on diff.
Now my prob.
The factory ITR rotor's came with a 11.1" and 23mm thick.
The RL's came with a 12.6" and 28mm thick.
I cant for the would find the right size and thickness and bolt pattern.
Again, the RL (5x120) and the ITR is (5x114.3)
Now i cant redrill the bolt pattern because the hat size ti way to big.

I want to know, would it be a bad thing to place these caliper's on my stock rotors?
Ant info would be great.
