I am getting new Tien Lowering springs soon and I am trying to find out whether or not I should change the struts and sway bars. Also, what is the difference between the two of those. Also, with the new springs should I change anything else if you suggest me changing one of those two things. Thanks.

 

what year/model civic? when lowering a car, its usually good to upgrade the shocks. ur OEM shocks will wear quicker and its justa lot easier to do the shocks and springs all at once insted of having to take apart the suspension a couple times.

 

Hard to answer your question without car specifications. Yes, I recommend you buy struts and sway bar. Both are necessary to increase your cars ability to corner. I would also recommend you change the bushings. Braking (if not already) should come next.

 

Yeah sorry. I have a 05 Civic ex. What is the difference between the struts and sway bar. And as far as new shocks go any suggesionts? should i try and find some tien once since that prob what im going to do for springs? Also, what are the bushing. Sorry, i'm not a whole noob but i am kinda new to the whole things as far as suspension goes. thanks.
