Default Nexen Tires?

my dad is going to order some new rims and tires for his mustang and he wants to know if anybody has heard of Nexen tires. these are a package deal from wheelsnext so if any of you have them, i wanna know how they are. he doesnt want to have a crappy set of tires because the rims he is getting are a deeper dish on the rear, therefore when he rotates them, they are going to have to be taken off, re-mounted and balanced. he can get a set of Toyo Proxes for $400 more but if Nexen is good then i guess just go with them? let me know i have never heard of them.

I haven't heard of Nexen tires since recently... When I was searching for a wheel/tire combo, I noticed a handful of them came w/Nexen -- did my search and almost nothing but they are being sold by a handful of people. It's possible that Nexen could be like a Khumo tire -- when they first came out, I was like WTF but now they're one of the best selling tires. As far as Nexen, I wasn't willing to take that chance. I would get a set a Falkens -- out of all the tires I've bought, I've bought Falken's the most. Best tire for the money.

Yep, those are it... I have the Ziex 512s on my Civic and Azenis ST-115s on my Lexus. Great tires!
