I am looking for a new set of tires for my '91 Honda Civic. The current set I have on are Goodyear Integrity.

1. I need an all-weather tire, but one that is particularly good for the rainy weather we have here along the Texas Gulf Coast.

2. Also, I am thinking of running Ride-On TPS in the tires like I do for my motorcycle tires. This means not balancing the wheels. Any personal experience here with running Ride-On TPS in your tires?
