similar thing happened to me a while back...check the steering knuckle, contorl arm, boots, and wheel bearing. i had to get a new steelie aswell, i believe the total cost to get it fixed at the stealership was about $900[:@]. the spring should be ok but the strut might have some damage if the impact was reallly harsh.

Depends. Check the sub-frame. Check the control arms.
I hit a curb sideways on a wet road and it really messed things up. $3000+ in repairs.

hit the curb straight on, at an angle, sideswiped it?? could you drive the car home? what do you mean by "tires are messed up"?

my friend hit a curb sideways in his mazda at 20mph and it cost him somewhere around $800. good luck to you...

I was making a u-turn @ prety fast...the front tires start making sounds. then I felt the car was slipping.,,i braked hard. so yes, It hit the curb while sliding.
