dito.... most likely they are drums in the rear.... but posibly disc brakes. just look at them. its either a steel drum or rotors...

drum brakes are alittle more involved.... you can do them with some pliers BUT alot easier with the special brake tools

these are the front discs brakes
and these are the rear drum brakes

to change the rear brakes you typicaly need 2 bolts to fit the drums 2 threaded holes... not sure what thread or size but i think its just standard bolt.... just besure your parking brake is OFF, then put the bolts in the holes on the rear drums and use a ratchet or air gun for fastest drum removal.... just take them down kinda even for it to be easiest. then take DETAILED INFO DOWN on how all your springs are setup ON BOTH SIDES and the adjusters and rods inside! and if posible take afew pictures with a digital camera or polaroid..... those can help out HUGE when it comes to reinstaling all the springs and rods because they need to be instaled the same way they came out!!!!!!!!

after ya got the gist of the details some pliers or beter yet special brake spring tools to remove the springs and such, then the retainer springs by holding the pin on the rear in again easier with special brake tool to remove that spring. looks like a washer with a pin in the middle, just push in and turn the spring 90degrees so the pin and spring opening line up and slowly let go and they should come apart...
theres a few other things with some springs and ebrake clip off the bracket. i just dont feel like typing it all out right now.

The only recommendation I have for drum brakes is to do ONE side at a time. That way you have the other side to look at when you are trying to figure out how to put everything back together.

but remember the 2 sides are different..... the way the springs and adjusters go are alittle different.

As addiction says, find bolts that will thread into the two holes in the drum. As you tighten the bolts into the holes, the drum will suddenly pop off.
