rear disc brakes on 00 civic ex?

somehow after looking at various parts to upgrade my suspension I overlooked the brakes. currently stock disc up front and drum in rear.

I am going to upgrade the front rotors with drilled/slotted rotors, but I want disc brakes in the back. Basically I want to same setup, new discs and all front and back.

anyone else done this? What do I need, how much will it cost?

and is there a way to add ABS to my car or is that something that would be more trouble than it's worth?

yup lots of people have done his, search up rear brake conversion or rear disc conversion. you can pull out a rear brake setup from the si or integra's. just do some search you will find a lot more information. should be about a $300 job depending on how cheap you can get the parts for. best bet is to find them at the junk yard.
