Default Rear Drum Brakes HELP

Hey guys.
I'm replacing my rear drum brake shoes myself with the help of my boyfriend and his uncle. His uncle has never done it on a Honda before and my boyfriend has never done these at all. So....

I've looked up a couple DIY's but I'm confused as to exactly what I need. We only have a day to do this so I want to have everything I need.

I was looking at these shoes but I don't know what they come with

and I saw ones at advanced auto for $13 but didn't know how much the quality would change

HELP!

I would highly suggest picking up a Haynes manual from Advanced and read the precedure to do this work with your boyfriend and his uncle. It'll explain it step by step and you can figure out what tools you'll need for the job. As for the brake shoes, the ones from Advanced should do just fine. I would suggest replacing the drums as they could be unevenly worn or scored which would just end up ruining you new shoes.

The job itself can be tricky but with 3 sets of hands, brains and a Haynes manual, you should be fine.

rear drums arent that hard to replace and just grab some from your local part store, rear pads rarely wear out unless you drive with your e brake up. jack the car up, remove one side and to see how it goes back together look at other side. dont remove both at same time.
