ride and handling compromise? Never!
If I wanted to make an EK hatch with some 15" Rota's handle flat(ish) and ride pretty much as well as stock, how would I go about it? I always figured that flatter handling compromised ride quality greatly, but after having a go in a Cayman S, and feeling it ride far better than my mums diesel VW golf (or rabbit, as I believe its called in the USA), I'm on a quest to sort out my Civic! I imagine the only way is to stiffin the car up considerably before doing any suspension work, but I dont really want a rollcage, and im fairly sure my insurance company doesn't either!

RE: ride and handling compromise? Never!
Why would your insurance company not want you to have a roll cage?

RE: ride and handling compromise? Never!
I don't even know you and I don't want you running a roll cage on the street.....
but to answer your question, what is your budget? |
RE: ride and handling compromise? Never!
i think having a roll cage might give you an extra sense of security and make you more likely to do stupid things.
