Default Rim chip

I just HAVE to vent with you guys (and gals) because you all get it. I got a chip on my brand new rims. BOOHOOOOooooo! My $300 (each) Motegi rims are my babies and I was waxing them today and noticed a chip out of the finish.
Do you think I can have that rim refinished or coated?

Man how big is the chip? If you didnt notice till you started waxing them it must be pretty small, if your going to daily drive your car you are going to get wear and tear on them just like the rest of your car. You can get them refinished though if you want, its not worth it for a little chip though.

whenever you buy something new, it's always good to scratch it yourself and just get over with it.

haha! True. It is really small, smaller than the size of a pencil eraser. But it still bums me out. And you are right, rims get the worst of all of our precious mods.
