if you took the bumpstops out, youll probably blow your shocks soon if you havent already. just try raising it like an inch and a half, see if it makes a difference. its still possible that you are riding on the shock when its fully compressed. that would explain why it feels ok when its a concave bump, the shock can push down to absorb the impact, but then it hurts on a convex bump, it is sitting almost solid on the shock. i had the same thing with mine. it felt like i had 1000 LB springs until i cut my bumpstops and raised it an inch. just try it, if it doesnt help, you can always lower it again.
