Rubbing Problem!!!

Rubbing Problem!!!
I just got a 98 LX sedan. It is sweet!! The problem is that yesterday I noticed that there is a rubbing sound comin from the left rear wheel. I almost sounds like a grinding noise. I don't know if the actual tire is rubbing against something. I looked and there seems to be enough space back there. It just gets louder and louder the faster I go. Can someone please help explain this to me.

RE: Rubbing Problem!!!
it's the stock rims and suspension. It doesn't have all the same tires. I know that one of the tires on the left driver front has low tread. The noise might actually be coming from there. I can't figure it out. It could be the front or the back, but it's definitely on the driver side. The driver's side mirror vibrates when I drive.

RE: Rubbing Problem!!!
Can you post the tire sizes all around? Tread or the lack of, isn't going to create any rubbing sounds. If your mirror vibrates it could be that it's loose or it might be a vibration coming from the wheels. Best way to tell is if your steering wheel shakes when you're driving, that means your wheels need balancing. If your tires are rubbing anything there will be marks on them from the fenders, inspect them carefully and you will find out if that's the case.
