Tyre Size..?
Hi,
I have just bought a 2001 Civic in the UK. I sold a Suzuki Ignis Sport, and have removed the 17" wheels and tyres I had on that car. I was hoping to put them on my Civic, as the wheel fitments matches. However, the tyres I had on the Ignis were 205/40/17 and the recomended size for Civic is 215/40/17. Can anyone advise if this will make a huge difference, and if the 205's will be OK to put on the Civic?

RE: Tyre Size..?
205/40/17 is the recommended tire size on a 17X7 wheel for Civic. Every tire and wheel shop I've been to recommends 205 instead of 215 for Honda Civics unless your wheel is a 17X7.5. But either tire will work fine.[sm=smiley20.gif]
