If I go above 70 on the highway its all over the place vibrating. The ride becomes real rough.
On the road the steering wheel vibrates when I'm stoppping on brakes... its all over the place. What could it be?
My car makes a noise if i'm on the brake and turning the wheel also... what could that be?

This part sounds like your wheels are out of balance.

 

keep going like that and the tires can start cuping... that destroys them really bad.

 

Might want to get an alignment
check and make sure tire pressure is correct all around
check for warped rotors
Do you have a flat tire??

Look into this stuff and if it gets you nowhere, let us know

 

Balance your tires and get an alignment while you are at it.

 

if your steering wheel shakes while braking--your brake rotors are warped--if it shakes without steppin on the brake --possibly wheel balance -- check the font end to make sure nothin is lose first

 

Tire tread is seperating. Not good. Have a tire and wheels shop give a nice overall inspection and see what's up. My money's on the tread.

 

Ok, all of the above may be the case. However, I had a similar problem on my car - no high-speed shake, just when I braked remotely hard. My inner tie rod is shot - still waiting to get the car running before I get it replaced, but I was underneath the car and there it was - the boot torn and everything. Check your tie rods while you're looking everything over - especially before getting the alignment, because a shop could very well just align the car and send you back out with the same problem.
