Default Sticky Streets

Anybody know of a good brand of street tires I can use on my civic this summer. I want to do a h22a swap in a 94 hatch (mabey) and I think hooking it up off a hard launch will be tricky. Are falken tires anygood or should I look at something like pirelli or michelin? I dont want slicks just a really high quality tire for the fronts at least. Thanks. And I hear the h22a is heavier, would a basic setup like skunk2 pro coilovers be enough to handle the task?
