I was told over the weekend that i need to get new struts and shocks. I have 45,000 on my car not. I just want somthing that will last... This is the first honda so im not sure whats good and not. Any help would be great. Here is a pic of my car..

 

never mind its an issue with the control arms Honda is going to fix them
