Stud pattern
Hi
i live in perth, western australia. I have the 96 ek civic. I am looking at getting the mangel driver wheels, 17 x 7.
I was told that these wheels weren't made for the civic as civics have 114.3mm not 100mm. Can someone help me out in terms of what options i have if any with getting these wheels? I have heard that you can get stud pattern adaptors?
any help would be great
thanks

RE: Stud pattern
well, for one thing, civics are usually 4-lug, those appear to be 5-lug.
you should have 4x100 on a 96 civic, unless you're from a different country in which it could vary. But, if the manufacturer says they don't fit on civics, then they probably wont

RE: Stud pattern
hi Forty04,
the picture was just one i found to show everyone in the forums what the rim looked like, it wasn't really specific.
I have tried to find out what the aussie civics specs are like but i haven't been able to find anything. I agree with you about what the manufacturere has said but i really want these wheels so im looking at any possible way of getting them on the car? What do you think about stud pattern changers/adaptors?

RE: Stud pattern
i think that the stud adaptors make your wheels stick out a little or something like that, i see all these ppl around my area with rims that stick way out because the bolt patterns were off and they got adaptors, mostly these are hispanic ppl but im not hating cuz im half mexican...
