Suspension and Alloys/Tyres on coupe!

Hi

I'm looking at getting some 17" alloys for my recently purchased 1997 Civic Coupe and alsosportssuspension springs...

Can someone tell me what the best tyre size isfor 17's... also any recommdations on a lowering spring kit?
