Tein: FYI many Tein S Techs are fakes coming from Ebay, and they will not work correctly on your car since they are crap knock offs.
I got mine installed and they sound like crap, now they are coming back off, I will eat the $150 in springs, purchase another pair, and have them installed.
So look at your springs, if they have Tein stickers, blochy model numbers, etc, they are fake. You can also tell by the color of the box where it says Stylish by how yellow it is. The sticker on the box.

i knew the other night i saw a weird looking tein box on the auction i clicked on.

 

im looking at a set from an ebay store that sells nothing but the best. skunk2, tien, apexi, greddy, tokico, koyo ect... should i be weary of this seller? theyre 139 plus 5$ shipping.

just go to like www.clubcivic.com or www.jcwhitney.com, or maybe another forum sponsor. Those are trusted websites that wouldnt sell fake crap (and my S-Techs from ClubCivic were like $160 or $170)

 

of course their fakes out thier.... type in I POD TOUCH and look at all the rip offs.LOL

Thank god, I just checked the tein page and speedtech racing in calgary is an official autorized dealer of tein, as well as jdm parts! Thats where i bought my stechs. So why did my rear sag so much? I better check those skunk2 shocks[:@]
