Yeah, my civic bolts are going to be getting a bath in PB Blaster every night for a few days before I do the install!

How did yall get the stuck bump stops and all off the strut (or best way to)? Heat? Does PB work there too? Hammer? Or just kept wiggling them until they came off?

thanks

well pb blaster or any kinda of lubricant wont do jack on seized bolts so just save it for the other bolts. to take the spring off the strut, use a spring compressor. compress the spring so theres no pressureon the tophat.then take an allen key and wrench and take the tophat off the strut. once u get that top bolt off, everything will just come apart. the bump stop should just slide off the shaft.

well if the steel bushing on the upper part sticks to the shaft simply take the allen wrench ontop and with a pair of vis grips jsut lock it onto it and just keep twisting back and forth.... and maybe alittle spray just for alittle lube.... and it should come off.... and if the washers stick to the shaft just hit them off with a screw driver or something...
