Default Thunking Noise

I have a 2002 Civic LX sedan. Between being retired and the pandemic, I don't drive it much anymore - probably average once a week to go grocery shipping and to the post office, so it's sitting in an unheated garage quite a lot. Since cold weather, I've noticed a thunking noise coming fro the right front end. It stops fairly quickly, though, after driving about 500 feet or so. I thought the tires might need air, but they checked out okay. Maybe a failing joint or tie rods going bad?
