Default TIRE SIZE!!

I have a 2dr 98 civic ex, im lowering it in the next month with tokico hp's and tein stechs. I have 17's that i put on when the weather starts to get nice.

I was wondering what kind of tires I should get with the set up that I will be getting. Should i get the 205/40/17 or the 215/45/17? Whats the diffrence between the two!?

Are Kumho's good tires, because I see that i can get 4 ultra performance low profile tires for $200.

Thanks for the Help..

205/40/17 is what you want to go with for 17" rims , iv read many people having rubbing problems when going for anything bigger then 40... $200 tho, wow thats pretty cheap for 4 tires
