Default Tokico Illuminas & Tein Springs

Hello Guys! I took my car to a repairshop last saturday and finally installedthe Tokico Illuminas & Tein Springs on my 92 civicex. The guy who did it is very nice and he just charge me $160.00 to get everything done! Now my question is will i be needing an alignment? aftereverything was installed , my car is driving smoothly, i dont notice any problem w/ it. , Actually before the the new shocks and springs are installed ,my steering wheel always shift to the right everytime i hit a hump or bad road, but now , its all gone, so im not sure if alignment is still necessary.

nice deal on the install. atleast get an alignment check, u can prolly get a free check at ur local dealership. reason being, ya u may not feel it but even the slightest bit of misalignment can cause premature tire wear. the car may go in a straight line alright, but u still might have slight camber/toe issues that'll wear tiresin which an alignment will help with.

Ya great deal. Usually its about $200 or more +tax. But when I got my lowering springs it drove pretty straght and everything too. But for a piece of mind you want to go so if there are any toe/camber issues you get them fixed before your tires start to wear uneven.

I would suggest getting an alignment every time you lower and raise your car. I got a lifetime alignment at a local shop for 30 bucks more than a one time alignment and I can get it done whenever I want and as many times as I want. I live in Wisconsin so I have to raise it before winter and lower it in summer. The alignment gets all messed after I raise it or lower it.
