Tokico setup vs Tein S-techs
I found on EBay that i can get 4 Tokico shocks/struts and 4 springs and it says i can get 1.5 drop with all of this. The price of this is 400$.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOKIC...34665583QQrdZ1
Now for the Tein S-techs i would have to buy the S-techs (130$), new shocks, (200$), and a camber kit (150$), to do it the right way, and this is a 1.5 drop also.
Now i was wondering if the Tokico setup ACTUALLY lowers your car 1.5, and if ANYONE has this setup, pleasse share!!! Pics??
If i get Tokico Hp's and the S-techs, do i also need the camber kit?
Thanks!!

A set of Tein S-Tech will run you about $160 and it’s like a 1.8 drop but they work with your stock shocks and you don’t need a camber kit. Here are 4 links from people that have already installed them on here, myself, mynmisoli, 97_nw, and x2100 ... < I have this typed out already because so many people ask the question

you need a camber kit for both setups, so tack on another 150 for the tokico setup. the stech will actually lower your car 1.9 in the front, and 1.7 in the rear.

Ive heard that if you are going to lower your car under 2 inches you shouldnt be too bad in the camber dept.,

i heard that too, so i didnt get one when i dropped my car. i was then sitting -2 in the rear and -1 in the fronts with a 1.5' drop all around. now that i have stechs, its even more...id just put out the extra money and get camber kits, so u dont have to pay for another alignment later on, up 2 you though also, remember each car will react differently to how its dropped(as in how much - camber you'll have), some cars will have more or less.

Cliff notes
Wheels look like
/ \ = get camber kit
[ ] = you are ok for now.
I think factory camber is set for 0 to -1. The more camber the more wear on the inside edge of your tire. Sometimes this is wanted for auto-X etc... for a daily driver you want it around 0. Don't forget to check toe in. To much scrubs the tires across the width of the tire.
