Default Trailng arms

Don't know if this is the right place for this but here goes... I hace an 83 dx1500 that has a rusted out trailing arm on the passenger side. I work in a metal fab shop so welding it back together won't be a problem. My problem is I can't get the darn thing off the car. I got the front most bolt out, and I got the nut off the inside rear bolt (the one that adjusts the rear alignment) but I can't get the bolt out. I soaked it for two days with penetrating oil and wailed on it with a hammer but it won't budge. Is there a secret to removing the trailing arms? I know an internet site where I can get replcements, but would rather fix it myself. Any help is GREATLY appreciated....
