even if i replace it with after market shocks and springs?

 

ive got 17s with 205 40ZR 17s and they dont rub at all...........94 ex stock suspension

 

ive got 205 40r 17s n a 2 inch drop on rs-s coils, they only rub on u turns and bumps while im turning. and i cut the bump stops if that matters 2 you guys....

 

i have my car lowered on coilovers with 205 40 17 kuhmo tires, it only rubs when im going over 70 and i hit a bump in the road or a bridge or a low part in the road, etc.

 

is your wheels offset?

 

I have 215 35 18s and my fronts only rub with the wheel all the way turned....but my backs rub with any passengers around sharp turns

 

ok your problem is stock suspension the stock suspension gives alot more then a 1 inch drop spring will not as comfortable as a stock spring but won't rub.. 18's don't rub either had a full air ride on them and coilovers slammed never had a prob then 19's rub when u do u turns and slam it all the way down

 

<~~~~ 205/40/ZR17 slammed on coil overs and only rub when turning WHILE going up a incline such as pulling into a driveway that has a on of those rounded curbs you have to go over to get in the driveway

 

i have 215 40 17 and they rub with 2 people in the car goin around corners fast, i called the place where i got them and they said to take a baseball bat and roll the inside edge of the fender a little outwards, i did this and it doesnt rub as bad anymore. i also took out the black rubber thing and folded the lip a little, seemed to help some more. but i dont know whats going to happen when i get 5 people in the car.
