I have KYB AGX's and I love 'em. I've also heard that Tokico and Koni make nice shocks for lowered cars.

I think the only real difference between the AGX and GR-2 shocks is that the AGX's are adjustable. If you get the GR-2's and they're bouncy or really uncomfortable to drive with, there's really nothing you can do. But being KYB's, they should be pretty decent shocks.

Also, you can get Tokico HP's or Illuminas. I've heard nothing but good things about both of Tokico's shocks.

Then I'd go with something that's adjustable (KYB AGX, Tokico Illumina, Koni Sport), that way you can change how soft/stiff the shock is to suit your needs.

AGX's are nice, and relatively inexpensive.
