Bought some $hitty brake pads from reybestos and i’m tired of cleaning off my rims every week. Looks like crap. Any good and cheap pads out there? I was looking at Hawk and Ebc but haven’t ever bought any. Found a coupon for discbrakepads.net (brakesale-0930-2010) but they seem to only sell Lomandi and I figure that’s probably some china brand. Only $46 bucks. I want something under $60 but quality.

 

For your budget and probably use, the Hawk HPS pads would work great. I used to daily/autox with them and they held up just fine. Thehave a pretty good bite for street use and pretty minimal dust. I've heard good things about EBC, but no personal experience. I don't really think their great performance wise but for spirited street use I think they do the job just fine.
