So i'm gonna lower my 94 Civic EX pretty soon. It looks like the Tein S-Techs seem to be the springs to go with. I've got stock shocks/struts right now. I had a 95 Civic, same car, with a Tokico Suspension set up. That car handled great. But there are so many options for shocks/struts these days. So with Tein S Techs, what shocks/struts would compliment them with a nice ride. With some good handling without a super stiff ride?

go with eather the KYB GR2 or Tokico HPS, with thos springs is will be a really nice ride..there was this guy on here that has the s-techs with the HPs and he loved it, but between the two i dont think there will be that much of a difference, there both great..eather one you wont be dissipointed

 

Cool! Thanks for the feedback. I'm riding on some used generic springs that i had to heat up with a torch to get the ride hieght i wanted. The ride is suprisingly not that bad. But it creeks like a rocking chair. The new set up will be a nice change for sure. Thanks again!!!

 

im sitting on a full dropzone coilover kit and strut set and i have no complaints. but thats just my opinon

 

i have the stechs paired w/ some gr2's. rides VERY nice. stock like, even better imo.
